Scotland County Hospital names Dr. Randall Tobler CEO

Scotland County Hospital in Memphis, Mo., has named Randall W. Tobler, MD, CEO, according to the Kirksville Daily Express.

Dr. Tobler, a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, has served as the hospital’s interim CEO since August 2014.

In addition to his new position, Dr. Tobler will see patients and oversee OB/GYN services at two of Scotland County Hospital’s rural health clinics: Memphis Medical Services and Lancaster (Mo.) Medical Services.
