Sauk Prairie Healthcare CEO Larry Schroeder will retire next year: 3 takeaways

Prairie du Sac, Wis.-based Sauk Prairie Healthcare CEO Larry Schroeder plans to retire in January 2017.

1. Sauk Prairie Healthcare named Mr. Schroeder CEO in April 2008, prior to which he was COO of Sauk Prairie Healthcare.

2. During his tenure, Sauk Prairie Healthcare constructed two new clinics, secured land and developed a new hospital and the surrounding campus.

3. The organization plans to enlist an executive recruitment firm to help find Mr. Schroeder’s replacement.

“The board of directors is deeply grateful for Larry’s many contributions including putting us on a solid foundation for the future,” said Sauk Prairie Healthcare Board President Tammy Adler in a statement. “Larry has worked tirelessly, guiding us through a period of tremendous growth.”
