Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center president to resign: 4 things to know

Boise, Idaho-based Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center President Odette Bolano is resigning, effective July 6, according to an Idaho Statesman report.

Here are four things to know:

1. Ms. Bolano is leaving to become a partner at Fort Myers, Fla.-based 21st Century Oncology.

2. She joined Saint Alphonsus in December 2015.

3. Previously, she was East Bay operations manager for Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente.

4. During Ms. Bolano’s tenure, the hospital improved safety communications and made patient discharges quicker.
