Mr. Johnson succeeds Bill Gilbert, who left Regional Medical Center to become CEO of Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, Wash., according to the report.
Prior to coming to Regional Medical Center, Mr. Johnson served as CEO of Southern Hill Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas. He has also served as CEO and vice president of three hospital systems in Texas and COO of Crieghton University Medical Center in Omaha, Neb., according to the report.
