Regional Medical Center promotes CFO to CEO

Regional Medical Center in Anniston, Ala., has promoted its CFO, Louis Bass, CPA, to CEO, effective Dec. 18.

Mr. Bass has served at RMC for more than 16 years. Prior to serving as CFO, he was assistant vice president of finance and corporate compliance officer. Before joining RMC, Mr. Bass served as CFO and director of finance for 11 years at Lloyd Noland Hospital in Fairfield, Ala.

Mr. Bass succeeds David McCormack, who resigned from the role less than four months ago.

Since September, Michael Morgan served as interim CEO.
