Ms. Karrer joined Baptist Health in 2005 as the risk manager for Baptist Hospital East in St. Matthews, Ky., and was promoted to director of risk management in 2006. In 2012, she assumed risk responsibilities for the Louisville market and was promoted to corporate director.
Prior to joining Baptist Health, Ms. Karrer served as director of quality and risk management for Louisville, Ky.-based Norton Healthcare and Gateway Rehabilitation Hospital in Florence, Ky.
