Here are four things to know:
1. Dr. Frias is currently COO of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. He will assume his new role at the end of the year.
2. He has spent his entire career at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where he also provided care as a pediatric cardiologist/electrophysiologist.
3. Dr. Frias succeeds Donald Kearns, MD, who is retiring.
4. Dr. Kearns will continue in the role until Dr. Friar comes on board.
