Quadax taps Walt Williams as RCM leader: 3 things to know

Quadax, a healthcare IT and revenue cycle company in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, named Walt Williams director of revenue cycle optimization and strategy.

Here are three things to know about Mr. Williams.

1. In his role, Mr. Williams will work to expand Quadax’s product and service offerings as well as develop new solutions, according to the company.

2. Prior to joining Quadax, he was vice president of revenue cycle for Carlsbad, Calif.-based Genoptix, which was acquired by Novartis Pharmaceutical Company in 2011.

3. Mr. Williams has also held revenue cycle and payer strategy positions at Tarzana, Calif.-based Unilab Corp., which was acquired by Quest Diagnostics; New York City-based Impath; and Genzyme Genetics, which was acquired by Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings.
