1. Mr. Huntley previously worked at Community Medical Center in Missoula, Mont.

2. He has also served as a board member at Clark Fork Valley Hospital in Plains, Mont.

3. He holds an MBA in hospital administration from Tucson-based University of Arizona.

4. Mr. Huntley has served in the United States Army.
