Pleasant Valley Hospital CEO Glen Washington retires: 3 notes

Glen Washington, CEO of Point Pleasant, W. Va.-based Pleasant Valley Hospital, has retired, effective May 17, according to The Herald-Dispatch.

Three notes:

1. Mr. Washington became CEO of the hospital in January 2014.

2. During his tenure, the hospital added full-time oncology and cardiology services and upgraded several clinical systems.

3. Connie Davis, executive director of ancillary services, will serve as interim CEO. She has worked at hospital since September 1980.
