Ms. Armstrong has been CEO of Conyers, Ga.-based Rockdale Medical Center since 2011. While she was there, Rockdale Medical Center established a clinical affiliation with Atlanta-based Piedmont Healthcare.
Ms. Armstrong has a master’s degree in healthcare policy and administration and is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
