Mr. Foster comes to Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, where he served as hospital administrator. He was previously director of nursing, critical care and progressive care at Banner Estrella. He has also worked in nurse management at Del E. Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, Ariz.
In his new role, Mr. Foster will be responsible for increasing operational efficiencies.
PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is a nonprofit 450-bed facility.
