Rand O'Leary will be stepping down as president of Bangor-based Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center.

New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health has appointed Marie Mulligan, PhD, RN, as chief nursing officer of Huntington (N.Y.) Hospital.

Parkridge East Hospital in East Ridge, Tenn., has named Lori Feltner, MSN, RN, as its new chief nursing officer. 

HCA Florida JFK North Hospital in West Palm Beach has named Andrea Augst its vice president of human resources, according to South Florida Hospital News. 

New Orleans-based LCMC Health has named Maurice "Mel" Lagarde III its first chief strategy and growth officer. 

Craig Richmond has resigned as CFO of MetroHealth after nine years in the role, according to the Cleveland-based health system. 

Elizabeth "Betty" Sheridan, RN, has retired from her role as chief administrative officer for Inspira Medical Center Elmer (N.J.) and Vineland (N.J.). 

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Fla., has appointed Alon Weizer, MD, as its chief medical officer and senior vice president.
