In her new role, Dr. Mulligan will oversee about 1,100 employees working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
She previously spent nearly three decades at Mather Hospital in Port Jefferson, N.Y., where she most recently served as the hospital’s vice president for nursing services and CNO.
