Lynnette Focht was appointed assistant vice president of human resources for Marysville, Ohio-based Memorial Health.
Ms. Focht began her new role March 24, according to a system news release.
Her responsibilities cover recruitment, hiring, benefits, onboarding, human resources compliance and employee relations. She is also charged with advancing the organization’s culture.
“As a native of Marysville and a professional with 28 years of expertise in the region, Lynnette is keenly familiar with Memorial Health and our growing base of over 1,100 employees at Memorial Hospital and Memorial Medical Group,” Memorial President and CEO Chip Hubbs said in the release. “We are confident that Lynnette’s extensive HR acumen and professionalism, combined with her servant leadership approach, will be instrumental in furthering our HR initiatives and supporting the continued success of Memorial.”
Before joining Memorial, Ms. Focht served as director of human resources for the Marysville Exempted Village School District.
