Lima (Ohio) Memorial Health System has appointed Burlin Sherrick as vice president and COO, effective June 1.
Mr. Sherrick most recently served as executive director of ancillary services for the health system and has held several leadership roles at Lima Memorial, according to an April 24 health system news release.
During his tenure, he led clinical and operational service lines and supported hospital performance, financial stewardship and strategic initiatives, the release said.
Mr. Sherrick will succeed Lynn Carpenter, who is becoming president and CEO.
