Novant Health chief legal officer retires

Frank Emory retired as executive vice president and chief legal officer for Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health at the end of 2025, according to a March 11 LinkedIn post.

Kelli Ferry, who previously served as Novant’s deputy chief legal officer, succeeded Mr. Emory.

Mr. Emory served in the role for seven years, according to his LinkedIn page. He will now serve as a trustee of the newly created Metropolitan Public Transit Authority, and was elected vice chair of the 27-member board by the Charlotte City Council.
