Mr. Williams brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience to the role, most recently serving as COO of Fairfield, Calif.-based NorthBay Health’s ambulatory division and physician enterprise, according to a March 12 health system news release.
In what the release described as “a full-circle moment,” it notes that nearly two decades ago, Mr. Williams served as a management intern at AdventHealth DeLand.
Mr. Williams succeeds Nick Bejarano, who was appointed president and CEO of AdventHealth Manchester (Ky.).
The 170-bed hospital also recently welcomed a new president and CEO, Khelsea Bauer.
