Nebraska hospital CEO resigns

Burke Kline resigned as CEO of Jefferson Community Health & Life in Fairbury, Neb., effective Aug. 19.

Mr. Kline became CEO in June 2020, according to an Aug. 19 news release from the health system.

Lana Likens has been named interim CEO, the release said. Deb Sutton, RN, was named interim nursing home administrator.

Jefferson Community Health & Life includes an acute care hospital, family medicine clinic, long-term care and home health services, according to its website.
