Natchitoches Regional Medical Center names Dr. Ronnie Ursin CNO

Natchitoches (La.) Regional Medical Center has selected Ronnie Ursin, DNP, BSN, RN, to serve as CNO, the medical center announced Dec. 4.

Medical center officials said Dr. Ursin will be responsible for nursing services and care delivery for the health system, including the hospital, the Courtyard of Natchitoches, Natchitoches Assisted Living and the medical center’s clinic network. 

Previously, Dr. Ursin was CEO of Jennersville Hospital in West Grove, Pa., and CNO of Northern Louisiana Medical Center in Ruston, La. 

Other positions have included division director for medical services at Reading (Pa.) Hospital; senior director of nursing at Providence Hospital in Washington, D.C.; nursing director, pulmonary, at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C.; and clinical director for inpatient services at Opelousas (La.) General Health System.
