St. Paul, Minn.-based Gillette Children’s has appointed Kelly Morse Nowicki as executive vice president of operations and COO.
Ms. Nowicki brings more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience to the role, including more than 20 years at Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic, where she oversaw shared services and hospital operations across campuses in Minnesota, Arizona, Florida and Wisconsin, according to an Oct. 14 health system news release.
She joined Mayo Clinic in 2004 and most recently served as shared services and operations administrator, according to her LinkedIn profile.
