2. He has worked at the hospital for close to four years.

3. Neither Mr. Gleason nor hospital officials noted the reasons behind his decision.

4. During his tenure, he helped orchestrate a financial turnaround at the hospital.

5. He also played a key role in establishing telestroke, telecardiology and telepsychiatry services at the hospital.
