Millennium Health names Dr. Glenn Steele to advisory board

San Diego-based Millennium Health has announced the appointment of Glenn D. Steele Jr., MD, PhD, to its advisory board.

Millennium Health’s advisory board includes healthcare, technology and public policy experts.

Currently, Dr. Steele serves as president and CEO of Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System and chairman of xG Health Solutions. Prior to joining Geisinger, Dr. Steele was with the University of Chicago where he served as Richard T. Crane Professor in the department of surgery, vice president of medical affairs and dean of the biological sciences division and the Pritzker School of Medicine.

Dr. Steele joined Geisinger in 2001 and plans to retire in June.
