Mike Neuendorf is Princeton Baptist Medical Center’s new CEO: 4 notes

Birmingham, Ala.-based Brookwood Baptist Health tapped Mike Neuendorf to serve as CEO of Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham.

Here are four notes:

1. Most recently, Mr. Neuendorf served as CEO of Community Health Systems’ Merit Health Wesley Hospital in Hattiesburg, Miss.

2. He has also served as CEO of South Baldwin Regional Medical Center in Foley, Ala.

3. His prior experience includes working at St. Louis-based Ascension Health as director of internal consulting at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham.

4. Mr. Neuendorf has served as a member of the Alabama and Georgia Army National Guards for 10-plus years.
