Mr. Groshans has served as interim president of the organization since April, after the departure of Matt Caldwell. Prior to that, Mr. Groshans was COO of Mercy Health-Springfield for two years.
He has served on the administrative team at Tennova Healthcare Lebanon (Tenn.) and holds an MBA from Cumberland University in Lebanon.
