Mr. Mmeje most recently served as CEO at Doctors Hospital of Manteca (Calif.). He was previously COO of Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center in San Luis Obispo, Calif. A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, he earned a master’s degree in health services administration from Ann Arbor-based University of Michigan.
Ms. Kaplan is the former COO of Long Beach Memorial. She worked within the MemorialCare family since 1989, when she joined as a clinical pharmacy resident.
