Jacksonville, Fla.-based Baptist Health has promoted Caitlynn Dargan to vice president and chief of staff.
Ms. Dargan previously held leadership roles across finance, operations, strategy and the Office of the President and CEO, according to a Nov. 3 LinkedIn post from the health system.
She joined Baptist Health in 2023 after holding finance roles at St. Louis-based Ascension, according to her LinkedIn profile.
In her new role, she will help strengthen collaboration and advance strategic priorities across the organization, the post said.
