In her new role, Ms. Rivas will help manage daily operations and financial performance, as well as oversee regulatory standards, compliance, patient satisfaction, patient safety and employee engagement, according to the report. She is also heading up recruitment efforts.
Ms. Rivas was previously vice president and CNO of HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center in Phoenix. She is board-certified in nursing administration through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is currently going for a master’s in healthcare administration.
