Medical City Weatherford taps new CEO: 4 notes

Medical City Weatherford (Texas) appointed Sean Kamber CEO, effective Oct. 1.

Here are four notes:

1. Mr. Kamber most recently served as vice president of rural and community outreach for HCA’s Gulf Coast Division in Houston.

2. He was previously COO of the Weatherford hospital, before Irving, Texas-based Medical City Healthcare purchased the facility.

3. He has also served as director of operations at Arlington-based Texas Health Resources and assistant administrator at Laredo (Texas) Medical Center.

4. Mr. Kamber earned his master of science in healthcare administration degree from Trinity University in San Antonio.
