Medical City Lewisville names CNO: 4 notes

Medical City Lewisville (Texas) tapped Megan Gallegos, DNP, RN, to serve as permanent chief nursing officer, effective March 18.

1. Dr. Gallegos is currently the hospital’s interim CNO.

2. Her previous experience includes serving as assistant CNO of Medical City Fort Worth (Texas).

3. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and American College of Healthcare Executives.

4. Dr. Gallegos holds a doctor of nursing practice degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile.
