Medical City Arlington taps Keith Zimmerman to lead as CEO: 5 things to know

Medical City Arlington (Texas) named Keith Zimmerman CEO, effective April 1, 2017, according to a D CEO Healthcare report.

Here are five things to know:

1. Mr. Zimmerman currently serves as CEO at Medical City Children’s Hospital in Dallas.

2. As CEO of Medical City Children’s Hospital, he was instrumental in developing a 156,000-square-foot expansion of a hospital tower.

3. Additionally, U.S. News & World Report named the hospital to its best children’s hospital list during his tenure.

4. Mr. Zimmerman earned his MBA at Regis University in Denver.

5. He replaces Winston Borland, who is slated to retire on March 31, 2017.
