Sacramento, Calif.-based UC Davis Medical Center appointed Toby Marsh, RN, MSN, chief of nursing and patient care services, where he will oversee more than 1,800 nurses and nurse practitioners.
Here are three points:
1. Mr. Marsh has been serving as interim chief of nursing and patient care services since April 2016.
2. He has been with UC Davis since 2004, and since then has served in numerous roles, including nurse manager and director of patient care services.
3. Prior to joining UC Davis Medical Center, Mr. Marsh also served as a U.S. Air Force captain.
