Mr. Harris became CEO of the hospital in October 2018. He was hired by Louisville, Ky.-based Alliant Management Services, a hospital management company that oversees the hospital. Neither the hospital nor Alliant Management Services has given a reason for Mr. Harris’ departure.
Mr. Harris previously was a healthcare consultant with Blue & Co., a certified public accounting firm. He succeeded Ralph Clark when Alliant Management Services hired him in 2018.
Michael Kozar, regional CEO for Alliant Management Services, will take over as interim CEO of the hospital.
