3. Mr. Balutanski has 17 years of financial experience, the previous 11 in healthcare finance leadership roles.
4. Most recently, he was CFO of Chestnut Hill Health System in Philadelphia.
5. Mr. Balutanski takes over the role vacated after previous CFO Damon Sorenson took another leadership role within the Flint, Mich.-based McLaren Health Care system.
