Marty Guthmiller. CEO of Orange City (Iowa) Area Health System. Mr. Guthmiller has more than 30 years of healthcare experience and has been CEO of Orange City Area Health System since 1994. He started his career as a certified public accountant in auditing. Outside of his leadership role at OCAHS, Mr. Guthmiller has served on multiple boards, including Northwestern College, Orange City Development Corp., the Iowa Hospital Association and the Iowa State Bank.
