Lock Haven Hospital CEO John Zidansek Leaves

Lock Haven (Pa.) Hospital CEO John Zidansek is leaving his position, effective July 29, according to a report byThe Express.

Lock Haven Hospital is affiliated with Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems. Mr. Zidansek will take up a position at another CHS-affiliated facility, but the name of the facility has not yet been disclosed.

Mr. Zidansek was named to lead the hospital in 2011. Mike Hite, who most recently served as COO of Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia, has been named interim CEO of Lock Haven Hospital, according to the report.
