Summit Health COO Patrick O’Donnell Promoted to CEO

Chambersburg, Pa.-based Summit Health has announced the promotion of COO and senior vice president Patrick O’Donnell to CEO, effective July 1.

Mr. O’Donnell will replace Norman B. Epstein, who has served as CEO for the past 24 years.
