Lee Health taps chief foundation and development officer: 3 takeaways

Fort Myers, Fla.-based Lee Health named Chris Simoneau chief foundation and development officer, according to a Business Observer report.

1. Mr. Simoneau most recently served as vice president of university advancement and executive director of the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation in Fort Myers.

2. He has 25-plus years of institutional development and fundraising experience.

3. At Lee Health, Mr. Simoneau will oversee the Lee Health Foundation as well as brand development and community relationships, among others.
