Sabetha (Kan.) Community Hospital has appointed Jennifer Ploeger as COO.
Ms. Ploeger most recently served as the hospital’s communication and community outreach coordinator, according to a Nov. 26 Facebook post from the hospital. She began her career at Sabetha Community Hospital as a social worker and later served in home health and hospice, ultimately becoming director of the department.
She also held the role of clinic manager at Hiawatha (Kan.) Community Hospital before returning to Sabetha, the post said.
The hospital also appointed a new CEO in 2025: Garrett Colglazier, who stepped into the role Aug. 1 following the departure of James Longabaugh, DO.
Sabetha Community Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital that provides home health, hospice and outpatient services.
