Dr. Choucair will also serve as senior vice president of community health and benefit for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals.
He most recently served as senior vice president of safety net transformation and community health at Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health. He has also held positions as commissioner of the Chicago Department of Public Health and as the executive director of Chicago-based Heartland Health Centers.
