1. Mr. Hansen is currently administrator of Intermountain Logan (Utah) Regional Hospital.
2. He will transition to his new role over the next few weeks, while a search for his successor at Intermountain Logan Regional begins.
3. He has prior experience serving as operations officer at Intermountain McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah, and assistant administrator at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Oakland, Calif.
4. Mr. Hansen succeeds Kevin Brooks, who left Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare last month.
