Gary Becker, administrator of Intermountain Sevier Valley Hospital in Richfield, Utah, plans to retire after 26 years of service, effective June 2, according to The Richfield Reaper.
Three points:
1. Mr. Beck has overseen three upgrades to the hospital's emergency department, the addition of operating room suites and the establishment of the dialysis center.
2. Mr. Beck plans to participate in a mission for his church with his wife once he retires.
3. Brent Schmidt will replace Mr. Beck as administrator of the hospital.
