Here are six things to know:
1. Mr. Lawrence worked at the health system since 2000, assuming his current roles in 2010.
2. He previously served as president of Integris Baptist and Integris Southwest medical centers, both based in Oklahoma City.
3. During his tenure, Mr. Lawrence led the development of Integris Health Partners, a clinically integrated network of 1,200 physicians.
4. He also oversaw the construction and opening of Integris Health Edmond (Okla.) and the groundbreaking of the Integris Arcadia Trails Addiction Treatment and Recovery Center in Edmond.
5. Mr. Lawrence is a board member and chair of the Region 7 Policy Board for the American Hospital Association. He is also a fellow with the American College of Health Care Executives.
6. Following his retirement, he will continue to serve as senior advisor to the board chair “with a focus on philanthropy and other areas outside of operations,” according to a press release.
