West Chester Hospital drops ‘interim’ from Chief Nursing Officer Kathie Hays’ title

UC Health’s West Chester (Ohio) Hospital named Kathie Hays, MSN, RN, chief nursing officer permanently.

Ms. Hays has served as interim CNO of the hospital since February, while also serving in her previous role as director of perioperative services.

Equipped with more than 35 years of healthcare experience, Ms. Hays has spent the last five years at West Chester Hospital overseeing various aspects of perioperative services, including patient safety and quality.

Ms. Hays earned her master’s degree in nursing administration from Cincinnati-based Xavier University.
