Blake Medical Center’s new CEO is Randy Currin: 4 things to know

Blake Medical Center in Bradenton, Fla., appointed Randy Currin CEO, effective Nov. 13, according to a Bradenton Herald report.

Here are four things to know:

1. Mr. Currin comes to Blake Medical Center from Bay Medical Sacred Heart in Panama City, Fla., where he was COO.

2. Previously, he worked at Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare as vice president of orthopedics and spine for HCA’s West Florida Division, based in Palm Harbor.

3. He holds a MBA degree in health sector management and policy from the University of Miami.

4. He succeeds Dan Friedrich, who retired.
