Mr. Braithwaite most recently served as Hoag’s COO. He has been with the system since 1992.
Mr. Braithwaite replaces Richard Afable, MD. Dr. Afable recently became president and CEO of Covenant Health Network, which formed from a partnership between Hoag and Orange, Calif.-based St. Joseph Health.
