Mr. Clark brings several years of executive experience to the new role at Hilton Head Regional, which includes the 93-bed Hilton Head Hospital and 41-bed Coastal Carolina Hospital.
He comes to the position after serving as CEO of the 196-bed Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett (Tenn.). He also previously served as vice president and chief of staff at Tenet Healthcare’s Dallas headquarters and before that as COO of West Palm Beach, Fla.-based Good Samaritan Medical Center. Tenet is the parent company of Hilton Head Regional Healthcare and Good Samaritan Medical Center.
Mr. Clark earned a master’s in business administration from Duke University in Durham, N.C.
