Hilton Head Regional Healthcare names new CEO

Hilton Head (S.C.) Regional Healthcare has appointed Jeremy Clark as CEO to succeed Mark O'Neil, who retired last November, according to The State.

Mr. Clark brings several years of executive experience to the new role at Hilton Head Regional, which includes the 93-bed Hilton Head Hospital and 41-bed Coastal Carolina Hospital.

He comes to the position after serving as CEO of the 196-bed Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett (Tenn.). He also previously served as vice president and chief of staff at Tenet Healthcare's Dallas headquarters and before that as COO of West Palm Beach, Fla.-based Good Samaritan Medical Center. Tenet is the parent company of Hilton Head Regional Healthcare and Good Samaritan Medical Center.

Mr. Clark earned a master's in business administration from Duke University in Durham, N.C.
