Ms. Cornicelli is vice president and CFO of San Diego-based Sharp Healthcare’s Sharp Grossmont Hospital of La Mesa, Calif.
A member of HFMA since 1986, Ms Cornicelli’s involvement in HFMA at the national level includes serving on the E-learning Advisory Group, the Health Reform Advisory Committee, the National Task Force for Revenue Cycle Key Performance Indicators, the Patient Friendly Billing Project Task Force, the National Board of Directors, the National Executive and Compensation Committees, the National Strategic Planning Council, the National Audit and Finance Committee and the National Advisory Council.
She has also served as president of the HFMA’s San Diego-Imperial Chapter and is a recipient of the HFMA Medal of Honor.
