TriStar Horizon Medical Center has named Sarah Falade CFO, according to a Nov. 17 post on its LinkedIn page.
Ms. Falade joins TriStar Horizon from Fredericksburg, Va.-based Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. Both hospitals are part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare.
She previously held financial leadership roles at Salem, Va.-based LewisGale Medical Center and Low Moor, Va.-based LewisGale Alleghany Hospital, according to the post. Both are also part of HCA.
