Ms. Whalen is currently vice president of ethics and compliance. She has worked at HCA since 1998 and has played a key role in shaping the company’s code of conduct, policies and procedures and annual training. She succeeds Alan Yuspeh, who is retiring after 21 years with the company.
Mr. Billington currently serves as vice president of internal audit. He has worked in HCA’s internal audit department since 2005 when he joined the company. He replaces Joe Steakley, who is retiring.
